This was the only thing that corrected the problem for me.

Wow that is great news. I am a wordpress developer that has ventured out in my own. My wife and I live in Mexico near the Guatemalan border and are adopting 2 orphan girls. Being a freelancer from here is daunting. I'm looking for any help I can get. Can't wait for your book to come out!

Hi, Kyle! Thanks for your interest. Yes, this is a book that's currently being written. It's only halfway complete right now. I'll begin breaking down the first few chapters into some more posts in the next week or two. Would that be helpful?

By the way, profits are up 25% since I wrote this article, so the process is definitely still solid. :)

Yes, this code appears to have a problem if you are looking for a script that is guaranteed to load your script after jQuery. Here, if the priority of this action is too high, the if statement will fail and WP execution will continue on (without ever loading your script). If you set the priority properly you would in theory never need the check in this code anyway(though it is a sanity check in case for some reason jQuery is changed).

Hi Matt, I am having this problem and it just got worse because when I made the media settings choice to default, it broke the link to all my featured image, header slider, widget images and additional images in the media library. The original problem was that I just could not access new images that were in the library but not seeable. When I made the change to see if that helped, the option to reenter the original setting disappeared and now I can just set image sizes, not the path. I am beyond frustrated. I appreciate any wisdom you may have.
